Not My finest Hour! And Another Round of Workout Challenges
You may have noticed that the blog once again went silent for a few days… Well… I got hospitalized for a couple of days due to a severe throat-infection.
But I’m now back on my feet again, even though I’ve got to eat penicillin like candy for a few more days. If you’ve followed my blog for some time, you may remember that I did the “200 push-ups a day” challenge, and I did gain a bit of muscle mass from doing this challenge, now all those gains and a lot more has gone flying out the window.
So it’s now time to try to regain the muscle mass that I have lost and hopefully a bit more, so for the rest of this week I will be doing the 7-Minute workout just to get my body ready for some serious workout next week.
Starting monday I’ll be doing a variation of the “300” workout to regain what I’ve lost, this will be really hard, but definitely worth it I hope…
